Questions
How much is a point worth?
20 points are $1 of wallet credit. Earning 1 point per $1 means about 5% back on every order.
When can I use my points?
7 days after the order that earned them is delivered (the window for reporting a damaged parcel), from a balance of 100 points ($5.00). Review and birthday points, and the welcome bonus, are usable straight away.
Is there a limit per order?
Wallet credit and coupon codes together can take up to 50% off the products in an order. Shipping and the US tariff are paid as usual.
Do points expire?
Yes, 12 months after they become usable. We email you 30 days before, and your wallet shows what expires when.
How does referring a friend work?
Share the link from your wallet. When your friend creates their own account and places their first order through it, you each receive 10% of that order's products as wallet credit, usable 7 days after it is delivered, up to 1,000 points ($50.00) each. You can refer once you have had an order delivered; up to 5 friends count in any 30 days and 20 in all. Your friend must be a different person, not a second account of yours: accounts that share an inbox, phone, name, address, internet connection or device don't count.
What if an order is cancelled or refunded?
It earns no points, and any wallet credit you used on it goes back to your wallet.
Can I cash out my wallet?
No. Wallet credit is a discount on future orders and can't be exchanged for money or transferred.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Points are kept in your account wallet. If you ordered as a guest, set a password for the same email with "Forgot password?" and your orders' points appear in your wallet.
