These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of fillxaesthetics.com and any order placed with Fillx Aesthetics ("Fillx", "we", "us"). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

1. Eligibility

By using this site or placing an order, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract;
• you are legally permitted to purchase, import, possess and, where applicable, administer or resell the products you order in your country and profession; and
• the information you provide at registration or checkout is accurate and belongs to you.

You, not Fillx, are responsible for checking whether a product can be lawfully purchased, imported or used where you are. If you are unsure, check with your local regulator or professional body before ordering.

2. Professional-use products

Many products on this site, including botulinum toxins and injectable fillers, are intended for use only by qualified, licensed professionals in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the laws and professional standards that apply to them. Where a product is marked as requiring a verified professional account, we review the license or registration details submitted at registration before approving access to that product.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. We don't provide dosing, dilution, injection or administration instructions. Products must be used strictly according to the manufacturer's documentation and by someone qualified to do so. We make no promise about any particular medical or aesthetic outcome.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order at checkout records your order and gives you an order number. No payment is taken at that point. You then continue on WhatsApp, where our team confirms shipping and sends a secure payment link. An order is confirmed once that payment is received, and we email you a payment confirmation with your invoice. We may decline or cancel an order, including after this initial contact, for reasons such as a pricing or listing error, a failed verification check, suspected fraud, or a product becoming unavailable.

Payment is taken through a secure payment link we send you, which accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards. The link is issued for the exact order total in USD. We never ask for card details by message, and we don't store your card details; they are handled by the payment provider. Card scheme marks shown on this site indicate accepted payment methods only and imply no endorsement by, or affiliation with, those companies.

Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time. If we discover a pricing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund of anything already paid.

4. Shipping, returns and cancellation

Order preparation takes 1–5 working days before dispatch, counted from the day your payment is confirmed. After dispatch, shipping usually takes a further 3–6 working days depending on the destination and the courier service, giving a total estimated delivery time of 4–11 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Korea and in the destination country.

These windows are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and they don't form part of any contractual delivery commitment. Delivery can be delayed by customs or import clearance, courier performance, incorrect or incomplete address details, refused or unclaimed parcels, and other events outside our reasonable control. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Where the law of your country gives you statutory rights about delivery times or cancellation, those rights are not affected by this clause.

We ship only to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Australia and the United Arab Emirates. Shipping prices are set out on the Shipping & returns page. All-inclusive shipping (every order of $500 or more, US All-Inclusive Shipping + Ice Box, and Standard Shipping outside the US) covers customs clearance, import duties, taxes and the ice box. With US Standard Shipping and the Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico rate, a 5% tariff on the products (after any coupon, not on shipping) is added to the order and shown at checkout; other import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included, and if they are charged on import they are the customer's responsibility.

Temperature-sensitive products are packed with ice packs and insulation, but ice packs can melt in transit and products such as botulinum toxins may arrive warm. By ordering you accept this risk.

Shipping zones, rates and our returns process are set out on the Shipping & returns page, which forms part of these Terms. Because many of our products are temperature-sensitive and their condition can't be verified once they've left our care, change-of-mind returns are not accepted after dispatch. You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us through Contact.

5. Fillx Rewards

Fillx Rewards is free for account holders. You earn 1 point for every $1 of products in a paid order (after coupons and wallet credit; not on shipping or the US tariff); 100 points ($5) for a new account, usable from your first sign-in and given once per email address; 40 points for each approved product review (once per product); and 100 points on your birthday once a year, for customers with a delivered order; the birthday can be added to your profile once and must be on file for 30 days. When a friend with their own confirmed account places their first order through your share link, you and your friend each receive points worth 10% of that order's products, up to 1,000 points ($50) each. Only customers with a delivered order can refer, and up to 5 friends count in any 30 days and 20 in all. The friend must be a different person: a referral doesn't count if the two accounts share an email inbox, phone number, name, address, internet connection or device. Order and referral points show as pending once the order is paid and become usable 7 days after it is delivered.

20 points are worth $1 of wallet credit. Credit can be used at checkout from a balance of 100 points; wallet credit and coupon codes together can take at most 50% off the products of an order and never apply to shipping or tariffs. Points expire 12 months after they become usable. Points and wallet credit have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and can't be exchanged for money.

A cancelled or refunded order earns no points, and wallet credit used on it is returned. We may correct points recorded in error and may remove points or close a rewards balance obtained through fraud, self-referral, fake accounts or misuse. We may change or end the program with notice on this page; points already usable stay usable until they expire.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fillx is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the products you order, including losses connected to how a product is stored, handled, diluted, or administered after delivery. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Intellectual property

The Fillx name, logo and the content on this site belong to Fillx or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product names, brand names and trademarks shown on the site belong to their respective manufacturers.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version always applies to new orders. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, where Fillx is based, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your own country of residence.
